How can I return an order?

All purchases are refundable as long as you email us within 2 days of receiving your package. You will need to ship it back to us within a week. If you receive your item damaged please email us with a picture so we can better help you!

How long does it take?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your jewelry/apparel to be made and shipped out. Once items are shipped allow 2-5 business days for USPS to deliver your order!

Note: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. If a package is mishandled, stolen or lost, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.
